Construction Planner

InSite International are recruiting for a Construction Planner join the preconstruction team of a Principal Contractor, supporting sites Nationally. Our client is based in Chesterfield and there is the potential opportunity of a hybrid working week.

The company you will be working for specialise in Construction & Civils on Commercial projects – both new build & refurbishments.

You will be working closely with senior management and play a key role in developing high quality project programming and supporting tender submissions. The value of project will be from £500,000 – £(phone number removed)

The right candidate will have:

* Experience as a Construction Planner for a Main Contractor

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Experience in both site-based and preconstruction planning

* Proficiency in planning software such as Asta

* Familiarity with NEC and JCT forms of contract

* Understanding of 4D planning and experience linking programmes to visual outputs

The salary for this position is between £60,000 – £75,000 per annum, 40 -45 hours per week with a car allowance or company car.
