About the Role

This is a site-based role with responsibility for managing all commercial aspects of a £4.5 million prime residential refurbishment project.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing financial and contractual elements of the project from start to completion

* Supporting pre-construction activities including procurement planning and tender reviews

* Preparing procurement schedules and monitoring progress against key milestones

* Issuing subcontract enquiries, analysing returns, and placing orders

* Preparing and managing interim valuations and variations

* Maintaining accurate cost reporting and cashflow forecasts

* Leading monthly cost reporting and cost value reconciliation

* Managing subcontractor accounts and agreeing final accounts

* Monitoring project costs, identifying risks, and issuing early warnings

* Attending project, design, and commercial meetings

* Managing change control and maintaining variation registers

* Preparing final account documentation and agreeing with relevant parties

* Ensuring contractual compliance across the project
