Required for Tier-1 RC specialist undertaking landmark projects across London & the Midlands

Required for stadium project in Birmingham in excess of £100m.

Role

* Manage QA, and engineering control on site

* Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and specs

* Coordinate with subcontractors and foremen

* Review drawings, specs, and temporary works designs

* Liaise with design team (consultants, architects, structural engineers)

* Manage RFIs, design changes, and value engineering

* Implement and manage ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)

* Ensure compliance with Irish/UK standards and project specs

* Carry out inspections and maintain QA record

Candidates must come from a Concrete/RC background. Degrees/Technical background preferred.
