GVR Solutions are working with a well-established drylining contractor based in Kent, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of drylining projects to play a key role in securing and delivering high-quality work across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities of the Estimator:

* Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for drylining and partitioning projects

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

* Conducting take-offs and pricing materials, labour, and subcontract packages

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations

* Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions

* Supporting bid submissions and tender presentations

* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Requirements of the Estimator:

* Proven experience as an Estimator within drylining, interiors, or related construction sectors

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Proficiency in estimating software and Excel

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines
