Job Type: Full-time, office-basedWe are currently seeking a Temporary Housing Works Planner to join a large housing association in Nottingham. This role is crucial for managing the scheduling of damp and mould work due to high demand. It is perfect for individuals who are quick learners, can handle high volumes of work efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Efficiently schedule and manage job allocations in a high-pressure environment.
Utilise various systems simultaneously to manage and track job progress.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, handling inquiries and difficult conversations professionally.
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company standards and customer expectations.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of repairs and the ability to understand different priorities would be desirable but not essential.
Open to candidates from a hospitality or customer service background.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
High computer literacy, with some knowledge of Excel.
Proven ability to handle high volumes of work and multitask across several different systems.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging interactions.
