Assistant Site Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in supervising on-site construction activities
* Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
* Monitor progress against project schedules
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
* Conduct site inspections and report any issues
* Support quality control and ensure work meets required standards
* Keep site records, reports, and documentation up to date
* Help manage deliveries and site logistics
* Communicate with the Site Manager and other stakeholders
Requirements
* Some experience in construction or site supervision (preferred)
* Basic understanding of construction processes and safety regulations
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS – desirable)
Working Conditions
* Based on a construction site
* May require early starts, long hours, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
