Document Controller (12-Month Contract – Temp to Perm)

The Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Document Controller to join the team on a 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent. This role will support a live construction project, ensuring all documentation is accurately managed, controlled, and distributed across multiple teams.

As Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

Uploading, organising, and maintaining project documentation
Managing documents using systems such as SharePoint and Procore
Acting as the main point of contact for incoming and outgoing project files
Ensuring all documents are correctly named, version controlled, and distributed
Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding documentation
Supporting project teams by keeping records accurate and up to date
Assisting with general document control and administrative dutiesThe Ideal Candidate
The successful Document Controller will have:

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confidence using digital systems and document management tools
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple teams
Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines efficiently
Previous experience in document control, administration, or construction support (desirable but not essential)What's on Offer
