Site Agent – Civil Engineering

We are working with a major UK Tier 1 contractor that has secured a number of high profile projects and long-term frameworks. Regarded by many as an employer of choice, which is reflected in their staff retention, they are now seeking to expand their management team across the new and existing sites.

Working across several sectors they are strong in infrastructure, water and general civil engineering fields. As a result, they can offer a strong portfolio of projects to work on. Duties

* Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various projects in the Civils and Water sectors

* Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects

* Lead a the site team to work safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality.

* Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, and ITP as well as Waste Management Plans, when specified, in line with Company procedures

* Maximise the commercial performance of the contract.

* Ensure the projects are running to the construction programme and work with a ‘look ahead’ approach for completion.

* Ensure sites have adequate resources to complete the tasks, such as labour and materials

* Liaise with the client and third-party stakeholders
