Platers – Hinckley Point

Platers Required – Hinkley Point C – 2 to 3 Year Contract

We are looking for experienced Platers for a long-term contract at Hinkley Point C, Somerset.

With 2–3 years of work available, a 10 on / 4 off rotation, and a fast-track vetting process, this is a strong opportunity to join a major project with starts expected in around 4 weeks.

Rates and allowances:

* £28.29 standard

* £39.61 OT1

* £50.93 OT2

* £2.83 bonus

* £50.81/day lodge

* £20.71/day travel

Role duties include:

* Marking out, cutting, shaping, and assembling plate and steelwork

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Fitting, aligning, and tacking components before welding

* Working safely to site, quality, and programme requirements

Essential qualifications:
You must hold one of the following:

* Level 3 Apprenticeship or Diploma in a relevant trade

* Scottish Level 6 equivalent

* ACE Card Level 3 in Plating
