Electrical Project Manager – Southampton (Office Based)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team, based out of our Southampton office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and capable professional to take ownership of electrical projects across the UK, typically valued up to £1 million, with scope to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion
Oversee project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
Provide clear communication between site, office teams, and clients
Monitor progress and report on project performance

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role
Strong background in delivering electrical projects from inception to completion
Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and programmes effectively
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience with Procore systems (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Must be based within a commutable distance of Southampton
Willingness and flexibility to travel across UK project sites when required
