Site Manager – No.1 on Site | New Build Industrial Project
West Yorkshire | £3m Project

I'm working on a £3m new build industrial scheme in West Yorkshire and looking to speak with an experienced Site Manager who is comfortable taking full ownership of a project.

This is a genuine No.1 Site Manager role – you will be the only Site Manager on site, responsible for delivering the project from early stages through to completion.

This is not a step-up role. You must have proven experience running your own jobs.

The Role

Full responsibility for the project as No.1 on site
Managing works from groundworks through to handover
Coordinating all subcontractors and site activity
Driving programme, quality, and health & safety
Client-facing, with full ownership of deliveryRequirements

Proven experience working as a No.1 Site Manager on new build projects
Background with UK Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors
Experience delivering industrial / commercial builds (steel frame preferred)
Strong understanding of groundworks, externals, and build sequencing
Confident managing subcontractors and delivering projects independently
SMSTS, CSCS, First AidAdditional Information
