Are you an Analytics Engineer / Power BI Developer with experience delivering clearly defined, transitional projects (not BAU)? Are you looking for a delivery-based project for a large UK Construction company that are a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor?
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Analytics Engineer / Power BI Developer to play a key role in the way this organisation uses its data.
Working closely with the Digital Lead and Technical Director, you will design, deliver and handover a single‑source integrated reporting solution by ingesting, transforming, and modelling data from multiple platforms, and presenting it through intuitive Power BI reports that support decision‑making across the business.

The Candidate
The successful individual will have worked as an Analytics Engineer / Power BI Developer and completed a transitional project (not BAU) to integrate and transform data from multiple platforms for automation and optimisation of a Power BI dashboard.
Key Accountabilities
* Create and manage Power BI dataflows to integrate datasets from multiple source systems.
* Transform and model data to ensure consistency, performance, and usability.
* Develop clear, accessible Power BI reports and dashboards for decision makers.
* On‑site presence is required to support stakeholder engagement during delivery.
Key Experience
* Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer, Power BI Developer, or BI Analyst.
* Strong Power BI capability (data modelling, Power Query, DAX).
* Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple platforms.
* Construction experience is a bonus, especially experience with Morta, but not necessary.
