Site Supervisor

JML are on the look out for a Civils Site Supervisor
📍 Location: Stowmarket area (within Stowmarket and Diss)
📅 Start Date: 05/05/2026
💰 Rate: £27.50ph CIS or £23ph PAYE (Direct)
🕒 Duration: Ongoing (4 years expected)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a large-scale civils project in Stowmarket. This is a long-term opportunity, starting with Ground Investigation (GI) works, progressing into pylon base installation over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising site activities and workforce on a busy civils project

* Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with specifications

* Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and management

* Maintaining site records and reporting progress

Requirements:

* SMSTS – essential

* Gold CSCS Card – minimum

* Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on civils projects

* Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures

* Experience in groundworks or infrastructure projects preferred
