Site Manager / Project Manager – Groundworks & S278 – Leeds – Immediate Start

We are currently looking to speak with experienced Site Managers or Project Managers for an immediate start on a groundworks and S278 package in Leeds. This is a long-term opportunity on a busy project, overseeing civils and infrastructure works.

The role will suit candidates with a strong background in groundworks and Section 278 works, confident managing site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery.

Scope of Works:

* Groundworks and infrastructure package

* Section 278 works

* Drainage, kerbing, and road construction

* Coordination with local authority requirements

* Managing subcontractors and site teams

* Programme and H&S management

Requirements:

* Proven experience as Site Manager or Project Manager on groundworks/civils projects

* Strong knowledge of Section 278 works

* NRSWA Supervisor (essential)

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid (preferred)
