Lead mechanical installation projects from initial design review through to commissioning and handover, ensuring exceptional technical standards throughout.

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, supported by clear weekly progress reports and transparent communication at every stage.

Drive project performance, safety, and quality, ensuring installations are delivered on time, within scope, and commercially successful.

Provide consistent, accurate reporting to stakeholders, including real‑time updates on variations, delays, and risk items.

Anticipate challenges early, implement solutions proactively, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

What You Bring

Proven experience managing mechanical building services or installation projects

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate engineers and subcontractors effectively

A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong commercial awareness

Excellent organisational and planning abilities

Relevant mechanical or building services certifications
