Site Supervisor

Involve Recruitment are seeking a Roaming Site Supervisor to join a reputable construction contractor delivering modular installation schemes across the South of the UK.

You will be responsible for supervising site activities across multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a roaming role, requiring regular travel across the South of the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supervising day-to-day site operations on modular installation projects

* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

* Carrying out site inspections and quality checks

* Reporting progress and liaising with project managers and senior site teams

* Assisting with site setup, logistics and planning

* Supporting the successful delivery of projects through to completion

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role within construction

* Experience working on modular, fit-out or installation-based projects desirable

* Strong understanding of site operations and health & safety

* SSSTS or SMSTS preferred

* Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)

* Good communication and organisational skills
