Senior Quantity Surveyor

Flagship Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company in Warrington who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing all commercial aspects of projects
Procurement and subcontractor management
Cost reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Managing variations and valuations
Final accounts and dispute resolution
Working closely with operational teams and clients
Requirements

Proven experience working for Main Contractors
Strong knowledge and experience of JCT forms of contract
Demonstrable experience delivering construction projects
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
