Freelance Site Manager

Site Manager Required – Edinburgh

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the fit out of a major scheme in Edinburgh, ensuring a smooth completion and successful handover.

📅 Start Date: Immediately
⏳ Duration: 12 months
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS certification

* Valid First Aid qualification

* Proven experience managing construction projects through to completion and handover

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations

* Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme

* Maintain health & safety standards on site

* Ensure quality control and snagging works are carried out efficiently

* Liaise with the client and project team to achieve a smooth handover

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager to bring a project across the finish line.
