Estimator

About the Role:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive costings across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Producing detailed estimates and competitive quotations
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost efficiencies
Supporting project teams throughout the planning and delivery stagesWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an estimating role within construction or property services
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and organisational abilities
Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft OfficeWhat's on Offer:
