Salary Expectations: £33-38,000

Location: Birmingham

We are currently seeking to appoint a skilled Architect to join a long-established, RIBA-chartered architectural practice located near Birmingham. This active and highly regarded studio works across a diverse mix of sectors and project scales, including hospitality, healthcare, education, and residential schemes. The practice is recognised for its dedication to thoughtful, high-quality, client-focused design, resulting in a strong base of repeat business and continuous project flow.

Requirements for the role of Architect:

* ARB registered Architect with relevant post-qualification experience
* Proven track record working across multiple RIBA work stages
* Strong design capability combined with sound technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM-led environment
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and relevant technical standards
* Confident coordinating with consultants and wider project teams
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

The role of Architect will involve:

* Supporting project delivery from early concept design through to completion
* Preparing design proposals and developing detailed technical drawing packages
* Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project delivery
* Assisting with the management of project programmes, budgets, and deliverables
* Attending design, project, and site meetings as required
* Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and project requirements
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation
* Contributing to a collaborative studio environment and supporting junior team members where appropriate
