Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package

Overview

A well-established joinery and fit-out business is looking to bring in an experienced Joinery Estimator to support their pre-construction team.

You’ll be responsible for producing accurate costings on bespoke joinery projects, working closely with internal teams and clients from enquiry through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed estimates for bespoke joinery and Interior fit-out projects

* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

* Carry out take-offs and price materials, labour, and time

* Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations

* Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost savings

* Liaise with design and project teams to ensure accurate pricing

* Support tender submissions and project handovers

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Joinery Estimator

* Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery and materials

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Proficient in Excel and estimating tools

Desirable

* Experience on high-end residential or commercial joinery projects

* Background working closely with workshop / manufacturing teams
