Mobile Hvac Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities

Location – across london and South east london.

* Salary – up to £55,000/Yr DOE.

* Schedule – Monday to Friday 40 hours

* Working hours – 8am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)

* On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. (negotiable)

* Extra – Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted

Your duties will be yet not limited to

* PPMs on commercial HVAC systems

* Diagnostics and fault finding

* Repairs to cooling units and AHU’s

* Rectifying faults found

* Splits, VRF and more.

* AC

* Overdoor Heaters

* HRU

* Fan Coils

* AHU

Requirements

* Full UK License – 6 points max.

* F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified

* City & Guilds NVQ in air conditioning or equivalent.
