Party Wall Surveyor – (Uxbridge & Surrounding Areas)

We are currently partnering with a well-established, surveying consultancy in West London to recruit an experienced Party Wall Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business known for its excellent culture, strong client relationships, and diverse project workload across residential and public sector schemes.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering party wall services across a varied portfolio of projects throughout West and Central London. The work is predominantly project-based, including residential extensions and conversions, alongside exposure to education schemes and instructions from local authorities, estates, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Managing party wall matters from instruction through to resolution
Serving notices and preparing/agreeing Party Wall Awards
Acting for building owners and adjoining owners
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Conducting site inspections and preparing detailed reports/schedules of condition
Supporting on a range of residential projects including extensions and refurbishments
Assisting with broader surveying work where requiredRequirements

Proven experience working as a Party Wall Surveyor
Good working knowledge of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Experience across other surveying services would be a plus
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
Based within a commutable distance of West London
A stable career history demonstrating commitment
