Building Services Manager – London

We’re currently working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 contractor to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager for a portfolio of major projects across London, typically valued at £50m and above.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded contractor known for delivering complex, high-specification schemes across the capital. Our client is seeking someone who can take ownership of MEP delivery on site and play a key role in ensuring projects are completed to the highest technical and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be embedded within a high-performing project team, overseeing the coordination, installation, and commissioning of all building services packages. You’ll liaise closely with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring works are progressing in line with programme while proactively resolving any technical challenges that arise.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving quality across all mechanical and electrical aspects of a build.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing building services packages on large-scale London projects (£50m+)

Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems

*

A track record of successfully coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme delivery

*

Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with project teams and senior leadership

*

A relevant engineering qualification is beneficial, though not essential
