MEP Project Manager – London

We’re working with a well-established mechanical and building services contractor who are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £40m commercial development in London.

This is a key site-based role on a major project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of all mechanical building services through to completion and final handover. The scheme is a fast-moving commercial build, requiring strong leadership, technical capability, and clear coordination across multiple workstreams.

You’ll be managing the full lifecycle of the MEP package, ensuring works are planned, coordinated, and delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations. A strong focus will be placed on subcontractor management, technical coordination, and maintaining momentum through the critical delivery stages of the project.

Working closely with site teams, design consultants, and commercial managers, you’ll play a central role in driving progress, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a smooth transition through commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities:

Leading the delivery of MEP works on a £40m commercial project in London

*

Managing mechanical packages including HVAC, ventilation, pipework, plant rooms, and associated systems

*

Overseeing programme development, sequencing, and on-site delivery coordination

*

Managing subcontractors and ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality installation works

*

Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and design information

*

Managing variations, site instructions, RAMS, and project documentation

*

Attending regular site and client meetings, providing clear progress updates

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as an MEP or Mechanical Project Manager on commercial projects

*

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems

*

Experience delivering large-scale commercial fit-out or new build schemes (£20m+)

*

Confident in managing subcontractors and site-based delivery teams

*

Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach

Package:

*

£65,000 – £85,000 depending on experience

*

£40m commercial project in London
