We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a high‑value school project in Great Dunmow. This Site Manager position offers long‑term stability, working on a flagship education scheme with a well‑structured and professional project team.

About the role of Site Manager

This role is due to start in approximately 2 weeks and offers around 2 years of work on a major school development. You will take day‑to‑day responsibility for site operations, working closely with the project management team, subcontractors and design teams to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery from start through to completion.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

Day‑to‑day management of site operations on a high‑value school project
* Coordination and management of subcontractors and trades
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
* Maintain strong communication with the wider project and commercial teamsRequirements for Site Manager

Proven experience delivering education or large‑scale commercial projects
* Background working with Tier 1 or major main contractors
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
