Groundworks Project Manager – Wye, Kent

Are you an experienced Groundworks Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-established and growing civil engineering contractor seeking a driven professional to oversee projects across Wye and the surrounding Kent area.

The Role
As a Groundworks Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be the key link between site teams, clients, and senior management, driving performance and maintaining high standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Managing groundworks and civil engineering projects from inception to completion

*

Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance across all operations

*

Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines

*

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

*

Reporting regularly to senior leadership

About You

*

Proven experience in groundworks or civil engineering project management

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

*

Commercial awareness and budget management experience

*

Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent preferred)
