Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a highly respected, multi‑disciplinary property consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor into their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven surveyor who enjoys a healthy balance of project and professional work across the commercial, retail and education sectors.

The Role

You’ll join an established Building Surveying team delivering a varied workload that includes:

Contract administration and project management on refurbishment and improvement schemes

Technical due diligence and pre‑acquisition surveys

Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)

Schedules of condition

Planned maintenance programmes

Party wall and neighbourly matters

Client advisory across a diverse portfolio

This position offers genuine autonomy, strong client exposure and the chance to shape your own progression within a growing team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Chartered status (MRICS) or strong progress toward it

Solid experience across both project and professional building surveying

Confidence working with commercial, retail or education clients

Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

The ability to manage multiple instructions and maintain high technical standards
