The position is for an established Swindon based Main-Contractor who work on projects and maintenance within the public housing sector
The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Pricing projects on schedule of rate
* Tendering
* Bid writing
* Valuations
* Variations
Requirements for the role are:
* Minimum of 5 years experience.
* Experience in the public housing sector
* Autonomously running projects.
