Site Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support a major drainage package on a long-term infrastructure project in Banbury. This is a 12-month contract with an immediate start, offering competitive day rates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting out for drainage works including pipelines, manholes, and associated infrastructure

* Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications and project requirements

* Interpreting technical drawings and providing clear direction to site teams

* Managing and maintaining site records, including as-built surveys

* Coordinating with subcontractors and site management to ensure smooth project delivery

* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Engineer on drainage or civil engineering projects

* Proficient with setting out equipment (e.g. total station, GPS)

* Strong understanding of drainage systems and infrastructure works

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately

* CSCS card (essential)

* SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)

* Full UK driving licence
