Estimator – Joinery

I’m currently working with a specialist joinery contractor who is looking to bring in an Estimator to support their growing workload.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid joinery background who is confident pricing bespoke packages and working closely with clients.

The role:

* Preparing detailed estimates from architectural drawings

* Completing take-offs from plans, elevations, and specifications

* Interpreting drawings and producing accurate costings

* Liaising with clients and attending meetings when required

* Supporting the wider commercial and delivery teams

What I’m looking for:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Joinery Estimator

* Strong ability to read and interpret drawings

* Confident completing take-offs independently

* Comfortable in client-facing situations

* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word

* Positive attitude and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Package:

* £45K – £55K salary

* Office-based role (8am–5pm)

* Pension after 3 months

* Private healthcare after 12 months

* Mobile allowance

* 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25)
