Senior Building Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time opportunity delivering residential and public sector surveying work. The role offers £60,000 to £70,000 with bonus and combines office, site and client-facing responsibilities. You will lead instructions, manage projects and support junior team members within a structured consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

* Lead residential and social housing surveying instructions

* Deliver defect diagnosis, reporting and contract administration

* Manage client relationships and project delivery programmes

* Coordinate consultants and contractors across live schemes

* Support procurement and tender processes

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related field

* MRICS or working toward chartership

* Residential or social housing experience

* Strong technical surveying and project delivery background

* Experience supervising junior team members
