On Site Project Manager

We are currently working with a good client who is looking for an experienced Site / Project Manager for a Facade & Cladding project in Brighton. This is a good opportunity with a busy contractor that has a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

The Role:

* Managing façade and cladding packages on a live site

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations, programme and progress

* Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials

* Ensuring H&S standards are maintained at all times

* Managing quality control and site standards

* Liaising with clients, consultants and senior management

* Driving the project through to successful completion

What They’re Looking For:

* Proven experience delivering facade / cladding projects

* Strong background as a Site Manager or Project Manager

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage programmes and site teams effectively

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
