Site Manager

Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to work with a client who specialises in education, development, commercial and residential construction services.

There is a strong pipeline of works with multiple sites across the London area.

Candidate spec:

* Experience (min. 3 years) as a number 1 on site

* Experience with education projects or ‘live’ environments

* Relevant qualifications/training (SMSTS, Construction First Aid, etc)

* Needs to be happy to commute to sites across London – company vehicle can be provided

* Enthusiastic, energetic, “can do” attitude

* Confident & assertive

* Good time management & ability to delegate

* Able to communicate well & build relationships with client, consultants, sub-contractors & other members of the team

* Capable of writing RAMS and completing other H&S paperwork

* Computer literate

* Experienced with MS project and able to write/adjust construction programmes and short-term trade specific programmes

* Proficient with Procore Software would be a plus

* Well organised, structured & independent

* Good understanding of quality and how to achieve it using a QA procedure

* Determined & tenacious
