This opportunity forms part of a continued investment in building a proactive, high-performing safety culture, supporting operational teams to maintain safe, compliant and well-managed environments for residents.

This is a hands-on, developmental role supporting day-to-day health & safety and wider compliance activity. A key highlight of this position is the opportunity to be closely mentored by a highly respected and industry-renowned Director of Safety. This will provide structured development, hands-on support and exposure to complex portfolios—offering an exceptional platform for career progression.

The role would suit a proactive and organised individual with a foundation in health & safety, a willingness to learn and the ability to build strong relationships. A relevant qualification (such as NEBOSH General Certificate) is a requirement but open to supporting individuals recently passed with operational experience in Facilities Management or the Built Environment
