Facade Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join a new build commercial development project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme, overseeing the delivery of complex unitised cladding packages from installation through to completion.

The successful Facade Manager will be responsible for:-

Managing and overseeing the installation of unitised facade and cladding systems on site
Coordinating with main contractor, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
Monitoring quality, compliance, and workmanship in line with project specifications
Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations
Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and installation details
Identifying and resolving any on-site issues relating to facade systems
Tracking progress against programme and reporting to senior management
Conducting inspections and signing off completed works
To be considered for this Facade Manager role, you must have:-

Proven experience as a Facade Manager on commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of unitised curtain walling and cladding systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations within construction
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification essential
This Facade Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for approximately 17 weeks. Day rate is negotiable.
