Project Manager
We’re recruiting a Project Manager for our client in Mansfield. The company is a leading interior fit out, fixtures, fitting and furniture installation company who work on projects across the UK. They create beautiful spaces for people to live, learn, work, and socialise in. They have extensive experience in designing and building interior spaces across a number of key sectors including schools, private residential apartments, hotels, commercial offices, and public sector. They are looking for an experienced project manager with previous experience for a similar company who will be able to hit the ground running.
Duties:
* Deliver multiple projects on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
* Take full ownership of project budgets and report financial performance of projects to the Board.
* Manage the technical & commercial contractual agreements throughout the project.
* Estimate and manage resources
* Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
* Produce, negotiate, and agree all valuations and variations.
* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
* Ensure accurate records are kept of all project works, snags, damage etc to protect the company commercially.
* Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of projects and the Company.
Required:
* Previous experience as a Project Manager
* Experience in the furniture installation and interior fit out industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage your own time and the time of others effectively
* CSCS card and SMSTS
* Microsoft project experience useful (or similar programming software)
* Managed £1m + projects
* Managed project budgets and forecasts
