Technical Services Manager – London

Join our award-winning team as a Technical Services Manager, overseeing projects from preconstruction to handover. Leveraging your minimum 7 years' experience in Building Services Engineering, you will excel at leading meetings, managing subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery for prestigious clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preconstruction: Collaborate with estimating on tenders to optimize quality
* Procurement: Analyze, select, and package subcontractors
* Coordinate with architects, clients, and consultants on design, commissioning, and installation
* Oversee design changes and compliance with requirements
* Chair weekly M&E subcontractor meetings to maintain schedule and quality
* Secure building control sign-off and environmental testing
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum HNC in Building Services Engineering or related field
* Exceptional communication, people, and attention-to-detail skills
* Thorough technical expertise in mechanical and electrical services
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Passion for construction and a "can-do" attitude
