Customer Support Manager
FBR Recruitment for a Customer Support Manager to join a national housing developer for there Southern Region.
The role of the Customer Support Manager is to manage the customers experience of clients post completion, carrying out day to day inspections work to ensure quality is of high standard for both prior and post completion and to identify any remedial works across all sites.
Responsibility also include but not limited to pre-completion checklists to ensure all new homes are at the clients quality of standards and match the New Homes Quality Code. Communicating with both customers and contractors, customers to ensure there are no outstanding concerns once moved in and settling in to the new home and contractors to ensure all defects and works are carried out within timescales agreed.
We are looking for a candidate who comes from a Customer Care background for new build residential builder, with knowledge of the New Homes Quality Code and NHBC Technical Requirements/Guidelines.
