Construction Project Manager

Project Manager – Central London – Medium sized Retail Fitout Contractor – Will take someone on the junior side such as an Assistant Site Manager that wants to step up, or someone who is already a Site or Project Manager

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in Retail Fitouts and Shopfitting Projects, and they are looking for a Project Manager to join the team after a steady increase in projects. Travelling to different sites nationwide to moniter progress.

Project Manager will be expected to:

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

*

Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

*

Liaise with Site Managers and Clients on any design /site issues that need resolving

*

Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers

*

Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous Fitout experience within commercial or retail sector
