Hourly rate: £17.85 PAYE or Umbrella Rate £22.59
Location: London SE1 2 days onsite, 3 days from home
Job Type: Full-time temporary until 30th June with possible extensionJoin a Performance and Insights Team as a Performance Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in collecting and collating performance information to support informed decision-making and operational excellence across the business. This position is ideal for a systematic individual with a keen eye for detail and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Day-to-day of the role:
Collect and collate performance data from various departments within the organisation.
Prepare and deliver performance reports according to a strict monthly schedule to ensure timely availability for business stakeholder review.
Work collaboratively with team members across the business to gather comments and action plans, and to document KPI definitions.
Enhance the usability and impact of performance reporting by working towards its automation.
Conduct routine data quality checks to maintain the integrity of KPI information.
Support external and regulatory reporting requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in performance reporting, ideally within the housing sector or a similar organisation.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SharePoint and other Office 365 tools.
Quick learner with a systematic approach to work.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across various departments.
