Construction Manager – Office Fitout

Job Title: Construction Manager – CAT A & B office fitout experience required!

Start Date: Monday 1st June 2026
Contract Length: 22-weeks
Location: Central London – Barbican area

The Shore Group are working with a Design & Build office fitout contractor who are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee their upcoming CAT A & B single floor office fitout in the heart of London.

You will be the Number 1 on site for this circa £3.5million project, reporting to their Visiting Contracts Manager, supported day-to-day by a site team of Laborers & Gangers.

In order to be concidered for this role you MUST have experience:

* Overseeing CAT A & B office fitout projects

* Working on projects in the City of London

* Working with lots of stakeholders

* Excellent communication skills

My client has a healthy upcoming project pipeline, so upon project completion, there is potential for a contract extension.

Required:

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Asbestos Awareness

* Fire Marshall (though this is not a necessity)
