An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established and growing consultancy in Manchester City Centre. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse range of projects and sectors, providing both professional and project led building surveying services.
The Role
As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in delivering a broad mix of work across commercial, residential, and public sector projects. You will gain exposure to both professional services and project work, supporting schemes from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with project management and contract administration on refurbishment and fit-out projects
Undertaking building surveys, defect analysis, and preparing reports
Supporting with dilapidations and other professional instructions
Working alongside senior team members and contributing to client relationships
Gaining experience across all stages of projectsAbout You
Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Experience within a consultancy or client side environment (3+ years)
Working towards MRICS or interested in achieving chartership
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
Keen to develop both professional and project-based experienceWhat's on Offer
