Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager Required | Sheffield | Immediate Start 🚧

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a commercial project in Sheffield, starting 5th May for at least a 2-month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contractors on site, ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme requirements are maintained throughout the project.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors
✔ Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times
✔ Carry out quality checks and resolve any issues arising on site
✔ Liaise with project and management teams
✔ Maintain progress in line with programme deadlines

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Site Manager
✔ Previous commercial project experience preferred
✔ Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certifications
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
