Conrad Consulting is pleased to be partnering with a respected multidisciplinary consultancy as they look to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to support their continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor who enjoys a mix of professional and project work and wants to play a key role within a collaborative, well‑regarded team.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for delivering a broad range of building surveying services across commercial, residential, and public‑sector portfolios. Typical work will include:

Project management and contract administration

Building surveys, defect analysis, and technical due diligence

Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and reports

Dilapidations, party wall matters, and reinstatement cost assessments

Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development
