Quantity Surveyor

An international Quantity Surveying Consultancy with an already established array of hotel and residential projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and innovative team in their Leeds office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a variety of top level, established residential projects primarily for private clients all across Yorkshire and the North of England.

The Quantity Surveyor should have good pre and post contract experience and be eager to take projects from inception to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor

Hold a Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
Working towards chartership
Pre/Post contract knowledge
Strong client communication
Hotel or residential project experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return?

£40,000 – £50,000
