Senior Quantity Surveyor

A rapidly growing Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in London are seeking a hard-working Senior Quantity Surveyor with a track record of working on Commercial projects valuing upwards of £30m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy of circa 30 and be part of a team who work on an impressive portfolio of commercial, life science, hotel, and residential/student accommodation projects which value between £25m and £400m.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will support the Quantity Surveying Director with the day to day running of projects, pre and post contract, whilst also having your own projects to work on.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

From a PQS / Consultancy background
Minimum of 6 years quantity surveying experience
Experience of delivering projects valuing upwards of £30m
Commercial project experience
Hard-working, professional character
Pre and post contract experience
Ideally MRICS or working towards
Quantity Surveying degree or similarIn Return?

£65,000 – £80,000
