Contract Supervisor – Highways Drainage
Location: Warwick, Warwickshire
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Van + Bonus

Our client, a fast-growing drainage contractor, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Contract Supervisor in Warwickshire. In this pivotal role, you will manage and resource a wide range of operational drainage activities, including gully emptying, reactive jetting, root cutting, CCTV surveys, and traffic management.

The Role:
 
Lead and supervise a small, agile depot team in a flexible and innovative environment
Coordinate and plan on-site resources, ensuring safe working practices at all times
Line management of multiple drainage personnel, handling any performance issues
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop, monitor, and manage the works programme
Conduct regular site audits with a focus on safety and quality
About You:
 
Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar within the drainage or highways industry
Full UK Driving Licence
Skilled in managing safe working practices
CSCS card holder & health and safety qualification (SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely) would be advantageous
Excellent team leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
