The Role
 
As the Building Surveyor, you will: 

Support the delivery of building surveying consultancy services across education sector projects.
Work alongside a Principal Building Surveyor, contributing to projects from start to finish.
Independently lead smaller-scale refurbishments and maintenance schemes.
Conduct feasibility studies, condition surveys, and defect diagnoses.
Assist in administering JCT contracts, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. You

To be successful in the role of Building Surveyor, you'll have the following skills and experience: 

A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Experience in a consultancy or construction environment.
Familiarity with construction technology and UK regulations.
