We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a major residential development in South West Cornwall.
This is not a role for someone who needs easing in, the site is a live, fast-paced environment and needs someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:

* Managing day-to-day site operations

* Driving programme and keeping works on track

* Coordinating subcontractors and trades

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety

* Ensuring quality delivery across all plots

This is very much a hands-on, high-pressure role where you’ll need to take control quickly and bring structure to a demanding site.

About You

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within housebuilding

* Strong background in timber frame construction

* Able to manage busy, challenging sites effectively

* Holds all relevant site certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.)

* Confident decision-maker with strong leadership skills

Package

* Salary up to £75,000

* £4,500 car allowance
